Theresa is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and the owner of Ocean Breeze Massage & Wellness in Grand Bank Newfoundland. Originally from Point May, she is very grateful to be back home living and serving the people in Communities in the area. Her dedication to the community is reflected in her 10 years as a volunteer firefighter, including several years as the Fire Chief- an experience that speaks for itself to her leadership, compassion, and desire to help others.

Theresa chose to go back to school during Covid to complete her Massage Therapy program. She now finds great fulfillment in helping her clients feel better, move better, and improve their overall well-being. Theresa strives to create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and cared for.

Outside the clinic, Theresa loves to cook, spend time with family, sightseeing, and exploring nature. She is a very proud mom of her daughter Kelsey, who is currently away living doing her master’s degree. Theresa, along with her partner, treasures spending time with family and friends. They have a pet cat named Benji, who was rescued from the SPCA.
